A Note from Trustee Ken Christensen:

As the newest Trustee of the 200 Club of Bergen County, I am reaching out to EMS Agencies from across the county to share with you the mission of this great organization.

I would like to extend an invitation to all EMS professionals and allow me the opportunity to attend your district or business meeting to discuss how The Bergen County 200 Club provides valuable services to the public servants of our communities.

Furthermore, I invite you to share your agencies programs and services to the community in this newsletter that is published quarterly to our membership.

Share your story with our readers in our “Spotlight on EMS series”.

For further information or to submit an article for consideration in our “Spotlight Series” please contact the office at info@200club.org or call our office at 201-229-0600.
The 200 Club welcomes Ken to our Board. A long time member of the 200 Club, Ken has worked and dedicated himself to Emergency Medical Services. Last year Ken was honored by the NJ Office of Emergency Medical Services for his post as paramedic and coordinator of the Mobile Intensive Care Unite at Hackensack University Medical Center, as the Outstanding EMS Administrator for 2007. In 2005, he was recognized for 25 years of dedicated service and for ensuring that the medical center’s patients receive the highest quality care, based on outcomes and high patient satisfaction during pre-hospital care transport under his watch. Ken has been a paramedic since 1980, graduated from Essex County Community College and Montclair State University. He received his Masters of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a certified instructor for Basic Trauma Life Support, Basic Life Support Trainer, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is a member of the Bergen County Mass Casualty Incident Committee of the Office of Emergency Management, and the NJ Association of Paramedic Program Administrators.
