We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise share this information with outside parties except only to the extent necessary to fulfill a customer request. 200 Club reserves the right to notify registered users via e-mail, to the e-mail address of record, in regards to important issues relating to our programs, products, services, courses, and other offerings. You have the right at any time to elect to not receive e-mails from 200 Club by "opting-out", or to update or change your preferences, and simple instructions and/or a link for doing so is provided in the communication and other general communications. If you opt-out of receiving future communications from 200 Club, you will be permanently removed from the distribution list.
We may collect and use non-personally identifying and aggregate information for the purpose of improving the design of our website, to track sources of new visitors who may visit our site by accessing a link from a third party website, and to compensate Affiliates who may have referred customers to our site. For example, we may identify that X number of individuals visited a certain area of our website. In the case of third party affiliates who may have linked to our website, we report only that a referred and non-identified visitor to our site made a purchase and provide the purchase amount to our Affiliate Program management company for the purpose of calculating a referral commission. We do not share or disclose personally-identifiable customer information to our affiliates or to our Affiliate Program management company.

Use of Temporary Cookies
When a subscriber logs into the 200 Club site, we store a temporary 'cookie' in the browser files of that subscriber's computer. This cookie is used during your online session to allow you free access to the Members Area, without repeatedly requiring you to re-enter your user name and password each time you visit a new section or open a Members-Only article or resource.
